How much does shipping cost?

​

Almost all of our products include FREE Worldwide Shipping. All our items are shipped out separately unless you purchase two or more of the same thing.

I ordered multiple products but they arrived in different deliveries?

​

Depending on availability in warehouses, we may ship products at different times from different warehouses around the world. We want to get you your order as fast as possible!

Why should i join sparrowstone.com mailing list?

 

When you sign up with us, we keep you informed about upcoming discounts, new products and some speacial discounts for only our subscribed customers.

How long does delivery take?

​

Usually 2-4 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products and remote area, please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.

 

Express shipping ( DHL express, UPS or FEDEX/TNT ) takes 1-4 business days to arrive after we ship. Please leave your Phone number and email address. THIS IS MANDATORY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPINGS.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

​

It is possible to cancel in 12 hours after order placed. After that, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

​

Invalid Reasons:

​

-Buyer no longer wants the items - This is the most common example which Score Discount does not tolerate. Buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
-Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

​

Yes, tracking number is available for most of the countries and will be sent to you through email. It may take up to 14 days during peak season as shipping company may delay the shipment.

I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

​

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

Are there customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs?

​

We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. Unfortunately we have no control over that, it all deals with laws and regulations in your respective country. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Well Pick is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
 

Will my order come in one package?

In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages.

​

Can I get refund if I do not get my item?

​

It usually takes around 2-4 weeks to arrive unless remote destination or festival season, which may take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Customs checking will also delay the delivery time, please be patient for the delivery. If the parcel does not arrive in 2 months, with tracking information or the sent receipt of the parcel provided, a refund up to 80% of the order or a replacement will be sent again under agreement.

What is the return policy?

​

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within one week) at support@sparrowstone.com with details/photos of the product and the defect.

​

We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product (Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost) or refund the 80% of its purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Attention:

​

-We will not be liable for package lost or damaged in transit. Stolen by someone or item is lost when left at door, but shown as delivered. The customer is liable to locate and/or contact the carrier service for any lost package left at the door. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, please make sure that somene is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted

-The customer will, without exception, beat the cost of lost/damaged items due to incorrect address. Please make sure , your shipping address is correct

- If shipping carrier left notice and attempted to deliver package to you and for any reasons package is returned to us or lost in transit back to us , you will be liable for full value of items and shipping fee

- if item returned to us, you will be liable to pay shipping fee again

- Once we provided tracking number, it is customer’s responsibility to track package and in delivery problems contact their local post office or express shipping company (if you choose express) to resolve any delivery related issues.
